A Customer is an individual that transacts directly under an Organization. They have their own wallets, which allow them to receive funds, make transfers, and perform other financial activities directly on the organizations platform.

What Can a Customer Do?

Wallet Access: Each customer has a wallet for storing and transferring funds. Transactions: Customers can send and receive money to external accounts. Transaction Tracking: View wallet balance, transaction history, and details.

Prerequisites

  • An organization must be fully verified before it can onboard customers.
  • Each customer must provide either a BVN (Bank Verification Number) or NIN (National Identification Number) to be onboarded on the platform.
  • Upon successful onboarding, each customer is assigned a unique identifier and granted wallet access.
